1. If you’re using a cable connection, you’re needed to reset the router’s cache so it can establish the internet connection. For that, the following are the steps.

• You need to press the reset button. 
• Hold it for 15 seconds.
• Now the router will turn on and is back to the default settings.

1. If you’re unable to find the reset button or this does not work for you, then you must power down your router for around 5 minutes and turn it on back.
2. If nothing works out, call your internet service provider and ask them to reset your connection.

How to Factory Reset your Dlinkap.local router?

• First, you need to locate the reset button available on your extender. You can find it on the back or bottom of your device.
